Prior to joining E2M, Chad Lirette co-founded a business unit at KellyOCG in Troy, MI as their Director of Operations to provide clients in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries with managed workforces. Chad has a decade of experience in clinical drug trials and extensive experience building teams, streamlining workflows, and driving business development. Chad holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and B.S. in Secondary Education from the University of Michigan.

Gracie has served on the executive board of the Sexual Assault Prevention Team (SAPT) at Duke for two years, a group that works to prevent sexual violence as it presents itself within Greek life.
Ted Dacko has over 42 years of experience in executive-level management and leadership, including Sales, Marketing, M&A and the Chief Executive Office, principally in the area of software applications and solutions. Ted was the CEO of HealthMedia® Inc., which he took from a small, near-death company to a $30M annual SaaS business. The company was sold to Johnson & Johnson in 2008 for $185M.
