MTV’s Sweet/Vicious

ESPN labeled Sweet/Vicious as “The Best Show You Haven’t Been Watching.”  Its time to change that.
True Story: Sweet/Vicious brought me back to MTV after a 10ish year hiatus.  Yes, I am that person who is still pinning for the days when the bulk of MTV’s aired programs consisted of music videos/interviews along with this show called Real World.
I digress…..
According to the show’s website, “Sweet/Vicious is an offbeat superhero story about two girls, who never felt like they belonged, finding a home in each other… and trying to kick a lot of ass. Ophelia (Taylor Dearden) and Jules (Eliza Bennett) lead double lives as wannabe vigilantes hell-bent on bringing justice to those who get away with abuse on their college campus.”
What they should also advertise in giant neon lights is that this is the first television series to ever portray the true realistic nature of sexual assault on U.S College Campuses. Ever.
The new MTV series just wrapped with a 2-hour Season Finale.  Don’t fret, you can watch on demand at MTV’s website.
